I'm passionate about prevention, lifestyle medicine, and helping patients make lasting changes that improve their health and quality of life. I also care deeply about clear communication and empowering patients to take an active role in their care.

Jacob Senker is a board-certified Family Medicine Doctor who has been practicing family medicine since 2021. He cares about helping each patient in a way that’s clear, honest, and easy to understand. Dr. Senker works with his patients to build healthy habits that last a long time. He believes small changes can lead to better health and a better life.

Dr. Senker joined the Culinary Health Center because he wants to care for the hardworking people who keep Las Vegas strong. After moving from New Orleans, he was happy to find a strong and welcoming community. Before working here, Dr. Senker taught English in France and attended medical school in Israel. Dr. Senker then completed his residency in New Orleans, where he trained for 3 years before moving to Las Vegas.

In his free time, Dr. Senker enjoys spending time outdoors, finding fun activities to enjoy with his wife, and learning new languages.
