You can manage your health online anytime with the Culinary Health Center’s Patient Portal.
With the Patient Portal, you can:
- Make appointments for some Culinary Health Center services
- Ask your Culinary Health Center provider a question
- Communicate or send messages to your care team
- Download your health records
- Print out important forms
- See your medications that have been prescribed from the Culinary Health Center
- See your test results
- See the Care Summaries from your visits to the Culinary Health Center
- Set up email and text message alerts about your health
