Before joining the Culinary Health Center, Josue worked in many healthcare settings caring for patients and their families. These experiences helped Josue build his skills and compassion for patients and their families. Josue understands the importance of listening to patients and their loved ones to help them stay healthy.

When not caring for patients, Josue likes spending time with his family, listening to music, and exercising. These activities help him keep a healthy balance between work and life and stay energized.
