Xenia “Daffodil” VallesFNP-BC

Xenia “Daffodil” Valles is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in health care. She cares deeply about helping her patients stay healthy and reach their long-term health goals. Xenia takes time to listen and get to know each person and treats them with the same care and kindness she would give her own family.

Having been a Culinary member herself, Daffodil is proud to be part of the Culinary Health Center team! Now, she is honored to give back by caring for the same community she knows and values. She has seen first-hand the excellent service members receive here and is dedicated to continuing it. Before joining our team, Daffodil began her career as a nurse, where she worked in dialysis, rehabilitation, and home health. These experiences helped shape her caring and patient-focused approach.

In her free time, Daffodil enjoys spending time with her family and staying active through Brazilian jiu-jitsu, karate, and Ori Tahitian dance.
