Tara Nickell is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about giving the best care to the Culinary community in Las Vegas. Tara has been caring for patients since 2008. Tara was first a clinical rotation student at the Culinary Health Center. After her first day, she knew she wanted to be a part of our team. Tara joined the Culinary Health Center for our mission to provide personalized care to patients.

Before joining our team, Tara was an Emergency Room nurse. She treated patients in critical and life-threatening conditions. This motivated her to become a Family Nurse Practitioner and continue caring for patients. Tara is dedicated to educating her patients and their families to help them live healthy, happy lives!

In her free time, Tara enjoys scuba diving, traveling, watching movies, art, and spending time with her family.
