Solomon is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a doctorate in nursing practice. He has worked in health care for many years. Solomon’s favorite part of his job is helping others change their lives. He also enjoys helping patients with high blood pressure, diabetes and weight problems. Solomon wants to give the best care to those who serve the Las Vegas community. That’s why he joined the Culinary Health Center team.
Solomon started his medical career as a nurse. He worked as a nurse in a hospital for 8 years. Then, Solomon went back to school to become a primary care provider. Before joining our team, he worked as a provider for one year at another medical office in Las Vegas. Solomon also served in the United States Navy for 5 years.
He enjoys playing sports, especially soccer and volleyball when he’s not at work. Solomon also likes music, movies and poetry.
A Family Nurse Practitioner is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has special training to work as a primary care provider. They can prescribe medicine, treat illness and give physical exams.
A Doctor of Nursing Practice is the highest level of education for Nurse Practitioners. They are leaders in the nursing field and are trained to give high-quality care with excellence.
