Chris Mercer is a board certified physician assistant. He has 2.5 years of experience in health care. Chris brings fresh and new ideas to his team. His goal is to keep improving his skills to give the best care possible. He joined the Culinary Health Center to give great health care to hardworking patients.

Before joining our team, he worked at the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Detention Center in New Mexico. There he provided primary and urgent care to patients that did not have much access to healthcare. This experience taught him a lot in a short amount of time.

When he is not working, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He is also currently serving in the United States Army Reserves as a First Lieutenant.
